We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and assist with AI data annotation tasks.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Portuguese.
Basic understanding of IT and common computer tasks
Experience with email and profile management
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
