Full Job Description

Hola! My name is Alec, and I have a Lead Generation Company in the US. I generate leads for businesses and have an appointment setter role where we call to confirm and schedule their leads for consultations.

We seek a person who likes to speak on the phone and can contact a list of potential patients for the MedSpa/Beauty Industry, provided by automated sales funnels. Your duty will be to engage with potential patients, understand their beauty needs and goals and convert them into a closed patient of the MedSpa.

Responsibilities

Speak to most patients in English but some in Spanish and call to confirm their appointments, these are leads who requested to come into our clients, so it is NOT cold-calling.

Meeting monthly and weekly confirmed appointment goals

Following up with these interested patients on weekends to confirm their appointments

Monthly Income Range (USD) from

$500-$800 with the possibility of growth and increased earning potential depending on the work you put in, with added incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

Requirements

Proven experience in calling or similar sales/customer service role

Excellent verbal communication skills with C1-C2 English and little to no accent

Full-Time Availability during the week, with open and flexible availability on the weekends

Committed to a weekly work schedule, which means being present for the entirety of your shift and arriving on time

US hours are most likely in the 5-11 PM EST Range (6-7 hour shifts) with breaks.

Rate and Commission 

$3.50 an hour

Commissions based on confirmed appointments virtual/in person and the lead showing
