Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Automotive BDC Rep at Spinwheel Assist. The Automotive BDC Rep will be responsible for phone etiquette, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and sales tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Sales skills
• Experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
