Bilingual Client Intake & Client Care Specialist (LATAM – Remote)Spanish + English | Empathetic | Results-Driven | Growth-Oriented U.S. Law Firm – Estate Planning & Probate (Florida)We are a Florida law firm that helps families protect their assets, businesses, and loved ones through estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning, and guardianship matters.

We are expanding and seeking a professional, upbeat, bilingual Client Intake & Client Care Specialist to speak with potential clients, collect key information/documents, and guide them with confidence into scheduling paid consultations with our attorney.

👉 This is NOT cold calling. You will speak with individuals who requested our services and are seeking guidance.

💼 Primary Responsibilities

✔️ Call back warm leads who requested information from the firm

✔️ Conduct 10–15 minute intake/qualification calls using our scripts

✔️ Schedule paid consultations using Calendly

✔️ Gather legal information & request documents from potential clients

✔️ Use objection-response scripts to move clients forward confidently

✔️ Answer inbound calls & deliver a professional, empathetic first impression

✔️ Document contact history and intake notes with accuracy inside our CRM

✔️ Send bilingual follow-up texts/emails to potential clients

✔️ Maintain confidentiality at all times (training provided)

📌 Legal experience is NOT required, but professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication are essential.

📍 Requirements

✔️ Must live in Latin America

✔️ Must have strong spoken & written Spanish + English

✔️ Must have quiet workspace + reliable internet & headset

✔️ Available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

✔️ Minimum availability 20 hours/week (with growth option)

✔️ Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and honesty

✔️ Comfortable speaking on recorded calls for quality assurance
