Role: As a bookkeeping and executive support specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our company's operations and growth. Your mission will be to assist with financial tracking, bookkeeping, document organization, scheduling, and property research, while providing essential administrative support to our executive team.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Bookkeeping is a major responsibility for this role

Track finances and assist with bookkeeping tasks

Organize and manage important documents and files

Maintain and manage calendars for executives

Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Conduct property research and analysis to support acquisition decisions

Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Provide problem-solving support for day-to-day challenges
