Synapse AI Solutions based out of USA is seeking a full time, proactive, excellent communication skills, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. We are looking for a female candidate with 1-3 years of experience in business development, particularly within the AI or technology sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Generating Leads: Researching, contacting, and following up with potential clients and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
• Client Engagement: Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to promote Synapse AI Solutions’ offerings.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sales Tracking: Keep detailed records of sales activities, revenue, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior sales staff, guiding them on sales processes and client engagement strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the AI or technology industry.
• Strong sales track record with demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Work during USA Central timezone from 9am-6pm
