Position: Cold Calling Appointment Setter

Department: Sales

Location: Anywhere (Remote Opportunity)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am- 6pm EST And Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST

Compensation: USD$ 500 base salary + USD$5 per for every appointment set that is qualified. (If the sales team gets to quote the customer.)


Position Overview

As a Cold Calling Appointment Setter, you will be the vital link between new customers and our sales team. Your role involves contacting leads to schedule appointments for estimates. You will transfer interested customers to our sales reps, who will conduct the estimates. An appointment qualifies if the sales team successfully quotes the customer. Please note that you will not provide pricing over the phone; your focus is on setting qualified appointments.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to set appointments for sales reps to perform onsite, virtual, or telephone estimates.
  • Identify the needs of prospective clients and effectively communicate the benefits of our moving and hauling services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.



Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
