Expert Real Estate Phone Sales w/ Strong Understanding on American English and Culture

Our company, cbdevllc.com in Washington, D.C. is looking for a virtual salesperson to help qualify real estate leads, build rapport with sellers, and setup offer calls for the company's owner to finalize. You must be able to learn from our training how to build sales skills around using empathy and active listening to earn trust and rapport with our clients.

Experience:

• 2+ years in sales or sales management with a proven track record
• Mastery of American English including slang and accent.
• Deep understanding of American culture, language, idioms, customs, and behaviors.
• Previous sales training experience with neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a HUGE plus. 
• Strong working knowledge of Google Docs (sheets / docs / etc.)
• Excellent phone and communication skills.

Duties:

• Respond to new leads and follow-up with existing leads in our CRM system to increase sales opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities and setup follow up calls for the owner to finalize offer for properties.
• Build rapport with potential sellers and help overcome objections by using tactical empathy and other “soft” sales techniques.
• Use the CRM to track daily tasks, responsibilities, and leads.
• Keep up with local market news and knowledge to answer questions from potential sellers. 
• Attend daily training sessions and meetings.
• Ability to self-motivate and be accountable to the team and company leadership.
• Be a team player who embodies our core values of B.E.A.S.T. (Bold, Empathetic, Accountable, Selfless, Trustworthy).
• Think and act like an entrepreneur and who takes on an ownership mentality with the position

Work Hours:

• Mondayu: 2-8PM EST
• Tuesday: 9-6 PM EST
• Wednesday: 9-1PM EST / 3-8PM EST
• Thursday: 9-1PM EST / 3-8PM EST
• Friday: 9-5PM EST
• Saturday (1st and Third of Month only): 9-1PM

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base salary dependent on experience and skill level ($1250-2000 USD / month)
• Commissions paid on every closed transaction per experience and skill level
• Paid time off on American Federal Holidays
• Personal time off accrued per hours worked
• Paid Christmas break after 6 months of employment.
