At Adome Marketing, we specialize in creating jaw-dropping, scroll-stopping short-form content for personal brands. Think online coaches, creators, and consultants—the kind of people who want to look cooler than they already are.

Right now, it’s just me running the show (cue the tiny violin), but I’m on the hunt for an Epic Short-Form Video Editor to help take this business to the next level. If you’re the kind of person who loves transforming raw footage into works of art while maybe sneaking in an extra morning walk (work-from-home is the best), keep reading.

What We’re Looking For:

As our video wizard, you’ll take clients’ long-form YouTube videos and turn them into short-form masterpieces for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. It’s like being a magician, except instead of pulling rabbits out of hats, you’re pulling engagement out of algorithms.

Salary And Growth Opportunities:

• Short-form Video Editor starts at $15600 USD per year ($1300 USD per month)
• I will train you full-time as you learn the trade and our business workflows
• You’ll be assigned clients slowly as we build up your confidence
• You’ll be graded on your video quality and engagement metrics

Job Responsibilities

The Must-Haves:

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• A reliable work-from-home setup (good internet, a decent laptop, and preferably a comfy chair).
• Fluency in English (because “no bueno” communication won’t cut it).
• A willingness to adapt, grow, and occasionally laugh at terrible puns.
