To grow our team, we are on the search for a General Administrative Assistant with Excel/Spreadsheet Experience.
Work Condition:
- Position Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST
- Compensation: $5 per hour, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage digital records, documents, and data in addition to other usual business duties.
- Managing emails and calendars
- Perform online research and create reports using Excel or spreadsheets.
- Fundamental bookkeeping duties
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or related function that is relevant.
- Excel and spreadsheet proficiency is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- Being able to efficiently prioritize and multitask.
