Hi! I own and operate a vacation rental management company in Florida. I list my properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation rentals, and through my direct booking website. I communicate with guests during the booking process, post booking, and before, during, and after their stay at one of my properties. I need a VA to manage guest communications (via Airbnb, email, text, and the occasional phone call), schedule maintenance through text and phone calls, data-mining (rental and occupancy rates from Airbnb, VRBO), + some other minor tasks.
Fast, extremely friendly, and well-written/spoken communication is #1 for me so the hire must have near perfect English language skills and be available and quick to respond during the shift. In my experience, a quick (less than 5-10 minutes, ideally faster), friendly response can be the difference in securing a booking or not, getting a bad review or not. I will provide sufficient training, documentation, and tools (library of "quick replies", company manual) to assist with your duties and help with efficiency. I will be available to assist the hire along the way with daily communication, and we will communicate daily via Slack.
