We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in building materials for home improvement projects. Our mission is to help homeowners make informed decisions about their material needs while providing excellent customer support throughout their project journey. This role will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and responding to other lead types like quote requests, with the goal of helping customers make purchasing decisions for materials. It will also include helping customers who call our mainline for information about their orders and sharing that information with our fulfillment agents.
We're seeking enthusiastic sales/customer service professionals to join our inbound sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking guidance on building materials, helping them make informed purchasing decisions and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Excellent phone communication skills
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor on the phone
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
