Inspection Coordinator

Facilitate seamless property inspections by liaising with tenants.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with tenants over the phone to schedule inspections.
  • Ensure that the scheduling process is smooth and convenient for all parties involved.
  • Maintain and update the inspection calendar, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts.
  • Handle any rescheduling or changes as requested by tenants or inspectors.
  • Provide tenants with necessary information regarding the inspection.
