Fountain Forward is looking for an Internal Project Manager who specializes in planning, managing and tracking internal/special projects. The primary role is to be updated on internal projects, support the team on any needs and identify all the tasks that need to be completed within the company's marketing strategy, and then delegate those tasks to the appropriate team members.

Salary: up to $1,000 per month depending on experience
Monitor scheduling, planning and resource management of projects from original concept through delivery of final product
Define tasks and required resources via our internal project management software system
Collaborating with the various departments on needed assets and content
Provide support to the internal team through scheduling and attending meetings, note-taking, conducting debriefs, task creation and internal team coordination in order to deliver the necessary services
Provide support to the Automations team through quality control
Assist in the implementation and standardization of processes and workflow. This will include transcribing recorded how-to videos as part of the SOP.
Attain internal project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time
Prepare project timelines and assist departments in creating and allocate project resources
Track deliverables
Monitor and report on project progress
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Ensuring that internal projects are being tracked, being followed up just so they are moving. Be on the know on the updates of these different projects and be able to update our CEO and CGO.
Provide support to the internal team on their needs
Assist on monitoring job postings, shortlisting candidates and support in doing first round interviews
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, including hours worked, Paid Time Offs (PTOs)
Assist in maintaining co-op branding guidelines and quality checks to ensure consistent adherence across documentation.
Support on accounting tasks such as
Completion of A/R log / client invoicing monthly
Coordination between CSM's and Accounting on any updates on payment method and invoicing concerns
1-2 years experience as a project manager
Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology
Experience using a project management software such as Clickup, Asana, or Basecamp.
Expert organizational and multitasking skills
Sound knowledge of digital strategies and organizational systems
Basic understand of branding and graphics
Must be team-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
