Lead Generation Email Copywriter

Full Job Description

I am seeking a copywriter who can write converting email copy using a formula. Write email copy for all new clients and refresh content monthly. The position will be exclusively writing marketing copy for email marketing. This position, if done well, has uncapped potential. Triarc is paid for the number of meetings we book for our clients with their ideal prospects. If your email copy books meetings for our clients, we provide a profit-sharing model that adds to your base pay every month. Success is only limited by willpower and aptitude for success.

Job Responsibilities

We will provide training and guidance but will need someone who can write clearly and directly following a set system of hook -> excite -> call to action. This differs greatly from writing articles, social media posts, or fluff pieces. The value in this kind of copywriting will be driving the most impact in as few words as possible. Your responsibilities would include:

• Research clients
• Understand the client's value proposition.
• Understand their target audience's pain points and how our clients can solve them.
• Employ critical thinking skills and leverage data acquired by the email marketing team to understand what parts of your writing are working well and what parts are getting negative or confused responses so that you can adapt and improve as we optimize the client.
• Proofread and improve your own work to turn in flawless work on a deadline.

Job Requirements

• Have a deep and thorough understanding of the English language so you can diversify your writing and think of many different ways to express the same concept using different words each time.
• Must be willing to constantly educate yourself on your own time to improve your writing skills.
• You must have a strong work ethic and drive to earn success. We are not a good fit for those who just want to collect a static paycheck and go home.
• Have past experience in writing email copy or similar marketing copywriting.
