Full time Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

We are a busy and growing property management and real estate office looking for assistance with daily administrative duties involving our maintenance department and coordination of maintenance requests. Boardwalk is committed to customer service and providing our residents a worry-free, high value living experience in our properties. Responsibilities

-Responsible for taking service requests and closing service orders when completed.

-Maintaining scheduling tasks with vendors.

-Ensure work is attained in responsive way complying to set quality safety guidelines and standards.

-Assign and supervise preventive maintenance as well as servicing checklist needed within time limits.

-Complete needed records and convey initiating work, control and documentation system.

-Input and document Invoices

-Ability to effectively communicate with people

-Ability to maintain a professional image

-Strong organizational skills

-Strong verbal skills

-Excellent customer service orientation

-Assertive attitude

-Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel experience.
