Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: This list is not a comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities associated with this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Produce compelling and visually captivating content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a vibrant social media presence across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote our hotels' special offers, packages, and events. Utilize various online advertising channels such as Google , Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and sponsorships, from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, sales and service associates, general managers, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with our sales team to create proposals and contracts. 
  • Coordinate with sales to keep groups up to date on group cutoff dates. 
  • Get creative with our sales team to develop client materials for sales blitzes.


Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business, Google Analytics) is preferred. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
