Telephone Sales Professionals – No Cold Calling – Full Time

We are looking for self-motivated, competitive, well-spoken sales professionals with the ability to persuade customers to choose our service. This is a fast-paced phone sales environment with an emphasis on closing. You must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal skills with good grammar. We are looking for friendly, responsible sales professionals to grow along with our well-established company.

UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!! Job Responsibilities

1 Answering and making calls with “Audible Smile”

2 Be able to take 15-25 new leads per day and work it properly 3-2-1 contact attempts per day and C-MET (call, leave voicemail, email, text)

3 Attempt to call new leads within 5 minutes of receiving the lead.  

4 Email correspondence with customers

5 Use CRM to build a rapport with the customer (collect contact information, collect inventory, make notes of any additional information helpful to close the deal)

6 Provide accurate estimates based on the inventory to be moved and persuade the customer that we are the best company for this move.

7 Be diligent in the follow up process to book the move. 

8 Being a cautious co-worker with fellow moving consultants working together to assist the customer with their needs and scheduling moves.

9 Follow sales script 

10 Overcome objections

11 Process payment over the phone

12 Answer questions about the estimate, about the process, about the company. 

13 Do virtual estimates if the customer prefers to.

14 Follow the set followup process with leads

15 Assist other sales rep customers if the sales rep is not available. 

16 Reporting to manager and owner

17 Meet KPI 

18 Implement various sales tactics (authority takeover)

19 Interacting with customers on Yelp platform, responding to new leads within 10 minutes, and consistent communication on the platform. Yelp leads should be worked 3-2-1 contact attempts per day.

20 Work agreed schedule including hours, breaks, days off.
