3 Attempt to call new leads within 5 minutes of receiving the lead.
4 Email correspondence with customers
5 Use CRM to build a rapport with the customer (collect contact information, collect inventory, make notes of any additional information helpful to close the deal)
6 Provide accurate estimates based on the inventory to be moved and persuade the customer that we are the best company for this move.
7 Be diligent in the follow up process to book the move.
