What We’re Looking For
A Paid Media Buyer to work directly with the founder to maintain and scale our client portfolio, ensuring top notch results and continuous improvement across accounts on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Note: This is a remote (work from home) position.

A Typical Day
- Morning: Review campaign performance, analyzing reports, and align with the founder on daily priorities.
- Mid Morning: Optimize campaigns, adjust targeting, and set up A/B tests to improve results.
- Afternoon: Troubleshoot conversion tracking, collaborate with clients, and refine strategies based on feedback.
- Late Afternoon: Document processes, update internal tools, and brainstorm growth opportunities.
- End of Day: Summarize wins, challenges, and next steps while ensuring campaigns are running smoothly.
Salary & Growth Opportunities
- Starting Salary: $2,000/month, based on managing our current portfolio of 7 client accounts. Compensation will grow as the portfolio expands and as you take on additional responsibilities.
- Your compensation will scale as the client portfolio grows, reflecting the increased workload and value you bring to the business. High-performing marketers who consistently deliver exceptional results will be rewarded with regular salary reviews and bonuses.
- Gain hands-on experience working directly with the founder, refining your skills in managing high-performing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You'll also have access to learning opportunities and mentorship to sharpen your expertise.
- This is a ground-floor opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a rapidly scaling agency. As we grow, you’ll have the chance to step into a leadership role, shape processes, and directly influence the trajectory of the business.
Make sure you’re comfortable with
- Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
- A 60-day trial period to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.
- As the founder, I prioritize the marketing and sales of the operation, which means tasks or requests may occasionally come with short notice. You should be comfortable receiving assignments that need to be completed before EOD or within 24 hours.
- Communicating complex subjects, such as marketing strategies and financial reports, via Slack and video calls entirely in English.
- Wearing multiple hats since this role requires juggling multiple responsibilities, from campaign management to data analysis and communication. If you prefer focusing on a single narrow task, this may not be the right fit.
- High accountability as you’ll be directly responsible for campaign performance of sometimes five or six-figure monthly budgets. The pressure to consistently deliver results is real, and there’s little room for errors.
- A large demanding workload. working with multiple clients can mean tight deadlines and fast turnarounds. Some days will be long, and the workload can feel intense, especially as we scale.
- You’ll need to handle constructive criticism and occasional challenging conversations with clients. Staying professional and solution-focused in these moments is essential.
- The digital marketing landscape is always changing. You’ll need to stay on top of trends, platform updates, and new strategies to keep campaigns competitive. We expect you to dedicate a few hours weekly to improving your skillset.
