What We’re Looking For

A Paid Media Buyer to work directly with the founder to maintain and scale our client portfolio, ensuring top notch results and continuous improvement across accounts on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Note: This is a remote (work from home) position.

A Typical Day

  • Morning: Review campaign performance, analyzing reports, and align with the founder on daily priorities.
  • Mid Morning: Optimize campaigns, adjust targeting, and set up A/B tests to improve results.
  • Afternoon: Troubleshoot conversion tracking, collaborate with clients, and refine strategies based on feedback.
  • Late Afternoon: Document processes, update internal tools, and brainstorm growth opportunities.
  • End of Day: Summarize wins, challenges, and next steps while ensuring campaigns are running smoothly.

Salary & Growth Opportunities

  • Starting Salary: $2,000/month, based on managing our current portfolio of 7 client accounts. Compensation will grow as the portfolio expands and as you take on additional responsibilities.
  • Your compensation will scale as the client portfolio grows, reflecting the increased workload and value you bring to the business. High-performing marketers who consistently deliver exceptional results will be rewarded with regular salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Gain hands-on experience working directly with the founder, refining your skills in managing high-performing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You'll also have access to learning opportunities and mentorship to sharpen your expertise.
  • This is a ground-floor opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a rapidly scaling agency. As we grow, you’ll have the chance to step into a leadership role, shape processes, and directly influence the trajectory of the business.

Make sure you’re comfortable with

  • Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
  • A 60-day trial period to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.
  • As the founder, I prioritize the marketing and sales of the operation, which means tasks or requests may occasionally come with short notice. You should be comfortable receiving assignments that need to be completed before EOD or within 24 hours.
  • Communicating complex subjects, such as marketing strategies and financial reports, via Slack and video calls entirely in English.
  • Wearing multiple hats since this role requires juggling multiple responsibilities, from campaign management to data analysis and communication. If you prefer focusing on a single narrow task, this may not be the right fit.
  • High accountability as you’ll be directly responsible for campaign performance of sometimes five or six-figure monthly budgets. The pressure to consistently deliver results is real, and there’s little room for errors.
  • A large demanding workload. working with multiple clients can mean tight deadlines and fast turnarounds. Some days will be long, and the workload can feel intense, especially as we scale.
  • You’ll need to handle constructive criticism and occasional challenging conversations with clients. Staying professional and solution-focused in these moments is essential.
  • The digital marketing landscape is always changing. You’ll need to stay on top of trends, platform updates, and new strategies to keep campaigns competitive. We expect you to dedicate a few hours weekly to improving your skillset.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet or exceed client KPIs, such as ROAS and CPA.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Create and present clear, data-driven performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Business Metrics and Financial Analysis:

  • Review and interpret broader business metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Tie financial insights into advertising strategies to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Conversion Tracking:

  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking systems to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness.

A/B Testing:

  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.

Client Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, educating them on marketing strategies, and managing expectations.
  • Participate in video calls and Slack communications to provide updates and ensure alignment on goals.

Process Development:

  • Document workflows and assist in building scalable systems as the agency grows.
  • Contribute to the creation of templates, tools, and best practices for campaign management.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep campaigns competitive.

Proactive Problem-Solving:

  • Address challenges quickly and effectively, proposing solutions that align with client goals and agency standards.

Continuous Learning:

  • Dedicate time to improving skills and staying updated on the latest digital marketing strategies and tools.

Collaboration with Founder:

  • Work closely with the founder to align on daily priorities, client needs, and long-term growth strategies.


Job Requirements

Experience and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining conversion tracking systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Experience analyzing business metrics and financial reports, with the ability to tie insights into actionable advertising strategies.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for creating performance reports and financial models.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain strategies, data, and recommendations to clients and team members.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with ad tech tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and tools for optimizing ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Comfort with Slack, video conferencing tools, and other collaboration platforms.
