Full Job Description

We are a multi-region home service business that partners with property management firms to handle residents' service requests. Your responsibilities will include receiving work orders, entering them into QuickBooks, dispatching the work orders to the appropriate contractors, contacting tenants with updates, and keeping property management companies informed. Additionally, you will be responsible for uploading photos and ensuring that work orders are followed through from the moment we receive an email until the job is completed and documented.

You will be required to ensure that our contractors adhere to the established standards when performing jobs.
