Role Mission: As an Acquisitions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of rural recreational land. Your mission will be to identify, evaluate, and secure prime properties that align with our investment strategy. This position is vital to our company's growth and success, directly impacting our ability to offer exceptional land opportunities to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Qualify and nurture leads generated from our successful marketing campaigns
  • Manage our CRM system efficiently, ensuring all lead and property information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Conduct thorough market research to pull comparables on land and evaluate pricing strategies
  • Make competitive offers and negotiate effectively with sellers to secure profitable deals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transactions and maintain strong relationships with sellers


Job Requirements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a talent for building rapport
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Ethical approach to business and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate transactions or land acquisitions
  • Familiarity with due diligence processes in property investments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve monthly acquisition targets for rural recreational land properties
  • Maintain a lead conversion rate above industry average
  • Negotiate purchase prices that align with or exceed our investment criteria
  • Consistently receive positive feedback from team members and sellers
