Full Job Description

I'm seeking a part-time, remote Global Real Estate Network Builder to connect me with high-level professionals (developers, investors, brokers, agents, etc.) worldwide. This role is all about building a strong network, and the tasks are straightforward. I simply don't have the time to manage it myself.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and research key players in the global real estate market (developers, investors, brokers, agents, etc.), specifically targeting executives and owners of large firms, who are making significant moves and have a strong influence.
• Reach out and connect with them through various channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.), initiating contact and building rapport.
• Maintain organized records of contacts and communication.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to identify, research, and make initial contact with high-level executives and owners.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
