Real Estate Cold Caller

Full Job Description

We're looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to join our team and help us set up our cold calling systems. This will be the first cold caller on our team and this position could grow to manage an in house team.

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads and building relationships with potential sellers. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads via phone, identifying their property and motivation, and setting up appointments for our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, minimal foreign accent, a proactive attitude, and a passion for talking to people.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
• Introduce our company’s services and identify potential leads for acquiring vacant land and providing a solution.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointment callbacks.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and follow-up actions in our CRM system (Pebble & Lead Boss) and LandID (GIS Mapping).
• Follow up on leads and track progress to ensure effective lead management.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and effectiveness of calling strategies.
• Hours approximately 10a – 6p Tuesday thru Saturday Eastern Standard Time.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-call-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Pebble & Lead Boss), GIS mapping, and Ready Mode software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is a plus.
• Must have access to liable internet and computer with microphone and camera.
