Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Advanced

Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experience real estate virtual assistant and salesperson. This person will need to be very advanced in sales, marketing, social media. Must have extensive knowledge in the U.S. real estate investing sector.

This person will help us build and sustain our cash buyer lists and disposition our active properties as well as assist us in finding new acquisitions.

Must be proficient in English

Have fast and consistent internet and power

Be very experienced in research and using AI such as Chatgpt

Job Responsibilities

• Scan all new social media posts in particular groups looking for posts relating to wholesalers and end buyers.
• Add all new contacts to our google sheets and into our CRM
• Make initial contact and establish a working relationship
• Present our existing deals to our end buyers when it meets their criteria
• Create and maintain an email blast that goes out for each of the properties we have under contract
• Make social media posts in our targeted groups for properties we have under contract and closed on
• Find new groups that meet our target objectives
• Maintain follow up with our end buyers to see if there is additional ways we can provide value to them
• Additional Duties Upon Request

Job Requirements

9am to 6pm California time and available for weekends and overtime per request.
