What we’re looking for:

We need an all star Expert Paid Ad Specialist Who Has Experience In Go High Level! This is a fully remote (work from home) position.

Our Marketing Manager needs to understand how to launch and optimize a digital advertising campaign smoothly. They won’t be working directly with our clients but they need to have understanding of our clients desired outcome so that they can highlight areas of opportunity to help make our clients businesses more efficient.

This unique mix of right brain (project management and creative new suggestions) and left brain (strategy and data analysis) skills makes Digital Marketing Managers very special people. They are a core component of our business, and we’re looking for someone we can trust and count on to be a team player!

Salary & Growth opportunities:

• Marketing Manager starts at $2,000 USD per month for Full Time Work (37.5 Hours/Week)
• You’ll work directly with our executive team to understand our current marketing processes.
• You’ll be assigned internal projects and client accounts slowly as we begin to build your confidence.
• You’ll be graded on your ability to create digital marketing campaigns (landing pages, workflows, ad launch, etc.) and optimize their performance.
• Once you are managing a full slate you will have the opportunity to grow the marketing team further.

• We will actively promote from within. Successful Expert Digital Marketing Managers will be first in line for promotion into our core product development team.

The ideal candidate:

• Paid Media Campaign Management: Experience with Meta Ads is required. You must know how to set up, run and optimize Meta Campaigns. Google Ads would be a big bonus for our team. 
• Go High Level: You will be building digital marketing campaigns in Go High Level. You must know how to create funnels, workflows, forms/surveys, calendars, trigger links, etc.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and generate reports on the performance (open & replies etc...) of marketing campaigns, using insights to inform future marketing campaigns. Distribute data to appropriate team members so that they can follow up with leads.
• Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

High proficiency in English for effective communication:
