The position
This isn’t your typical assistant role. You’ll be at the heart of our client acquisition and retention strategies, with significant opportunities to grow alongside our team. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s success, and you’ll be recognized and rewarded for your contributions.
Here’s what you’ll be doing…
Client Acquisition (80%):
- Filter and evaluate job postings to find high-potential client opportunities daily.
- Submit tailored applications, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and deadlines are met.
- Initiate and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, introduce our services, and set up meetings with prospective clients.
- Organize interviews and maintain communication with prospects to ensure seamless follow-through.
- Support workshops/events, including researching venues putting together slide decks, managing logistics, and anything else associated with the event.
Client Retention & Success (15%):
- Review client meeting recordings and summarize key takeaways and action items for internal teams.
- Collaborate with the founder to create roadmaps and prioritize tasks for client projects.
- Occasionally handle client communications, providing updates and clarifications as needed.
Administrative Tasks (5%):
- Handle any supportive tasks needed for the smooth operation of the business, such as preparing reports, organizing files, or coordinating with service providers.
Salary & growth opportunities
- Salary: $1,000 (USD) paid monthly via your preferred method. After 90-days, pay will increase to $1,500/month USD
- Bonus for Meetings Booked: Earn a $100 bonus for every qualified meeting successfully booked with potential partners through your efforts. 3-4 meetings a week are expected after your first 90 days.
- Bonus for Closed Deals: Receive a minimum $6,000 bonus or 10% of annual contract for every deal closed directly resulting from your work, whether through outreach, coordination, or support in the sales process. 1-2 deals are expected to be closed every 6 months.
- Performance-Based Raises: Your compensation will grow based on performance and impact. High-performing individuals who consistently deliver results will receive regular salary reviews, salary increases, and bonuses.
- You will have opportunities to take on leadership roles as the company scales, with the potential for increased responsibility and compensation.
What you should be comfortable with
- A 90-day paid trial period to make sure that we’re the right fit for each other.
- Communicating 100% in English, both written and spoken when needed.
- Your work is being evaluated based on performance and impact, not just hours clocked in.
- Receiving assignments that need to be completed before EOD or within 24 hours.
- Taking on supportive tasks that free up the founder’s time, including job filtering, meeting coordination, and administrative duties, enabling a focus on business growth and strategy.
- Communicating assertively and transparently, even in challenging situations. This includes respectfully challenging the founder or client’s perspective when needed and clearly expressing what support or resources are required for success.
- Handling tasks and challenges with minimal input, finding creative solutions even when clear guidance isn’t immediately available.
- Juggling tasks across client success, sales, admin, and event planning, prioritizing effectively, and managing time well. If you prefer focusing on a single narrow task, this may not be the right fit.
- A dynamic, scrappy environment where processes and systems are still being built. You should be ready to work without rigid structures.
- Working outside traditional hours when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet deadlines or accommodate time-sensitive tasks. Some days will be long, and the workload can feel intense, especially as we scale.
Absolute non-negotiables for this role
- Must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in English with the founder, team, and clients.
- Willing to take a supportive role and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve business goals, even if the work isn't always visible or glamorous.
- A high level of initiative and the ability to independently solve problems without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working with project management tools like ClickUp to scope, plan, execute, and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay on top of daily responsibilities without missing details.
- Capable of learning and mastering new tools or software quickly. Examples include outreach campaign software, LinkedIn tools, and CRM platforms.
- A passion for improving processes, delivering results, and continuously seeking ways to add value to the business.
