Sales & Revenue Manager - B2B Realty

Job Description

B2B Realty is a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding property management company committed to delivering top-tier value to our clients. We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales & Revenue Manager to drive our growth by overseeing all sales, customer service, and marketing operations. This role focuses on increasing unit count, enhancing brokerage and turnkey revenue, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. This position requires an experienced leader with a strong background in sales strategy, team management, and customer relationship development within property management or real estate.

Note: This is a remote position, and candidates will be working in US business hours (EST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales goals and strategies to drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on increasing unit count and brokerage/turnkey revenue.
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales team, including recruitment, training, and leadership to ensure team alignment with company objectives.
  • Set and track performance metrics, providing ongoing feedback and tactical training to enhance sales team effectiveness.
  • Produce and analyze sales data to identify trends, adjust strategies, and ensure the team meets or exceeds key sales metrics.
  • Lead customer service operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Build and enhance relationships with clients to increase referrals, improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate on and approve marketing channels and campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales goals and market trends.
  • Oversee the development of marketing strategies to drive lead generation and market penetration, keeping abreast of industry and market trends to position B2B Realty competitively.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  • Generate detailed reports on sales, customer service performance, and marketing initiatives, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, providing guidance to the sales team on best practices and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales & Revenue Manager, with a strong track record in driving sales growth and revenue within the property management or real estate sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to set and meet sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, LeadSimple).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
