In Cleaning Bees, we deliver top-notch cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base with commercial cleaning clients.
What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an SDR Manager who will help us generate new business opportunities and drive the growth of our cleaning services, as well as manage the other SDRs on our team. We currently don’t have a structure for cold calling or sales in general, so we need someone with experience who can help us set up this system.
You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up estimates and meetings for our team. You don’t need to have experience as a team leader, but you should have enough experience as an SDR to take the next step and manage a team.
Coach sessions and performance reviews to help SDRs improve their skills and achieve their targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and prospecting activities.
Set clear performance metrics and goals for the SDR team.
Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, providing regular reports to us.
Implement best practices for outreach, including email templates, call scripts, and follow-up strategies.
Use and recommend CRM softwares and other sales tools to track and manage leads effectively.
3-5 years of experience in sales or lead generation role
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and pipeline management.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Experience in the cleaning industry (optional)
C1-C2 English Level
