About Us:

In Cleaning Bees, we deliver top-notch cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base with commercial cleaning clients.

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will help by generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of our cleaning services. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up estimates and meetings for our team. 

What We Offer

Base Salary of $500+ Commissions based on sales closed(7% commission)

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online research, social media, and industry networks.

Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to introduce our cleaning services and generate interest.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights on lead generation and market trends.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in sales or lead generation is preferred, but not required. Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good understandable english.

Proficiency in using CRM softwares. (GoHighLevel, Apollo.IO)

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
