This is a BASE + COMMISSION position. The earning potential is UNLIMITED!

To be a good fit for this job, you MUST have experience in sales and be EXCELLENT at speaking English. If you are known to be a very friendly person, then this position may be for you.

We're looking for a highly skilled salesperson. We are looking for someone who demonstrates self-assurance, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the capacity to make wise decisions and accept responsibility for them.

The ideal applicant is confident, competitive, and capable of producing well-structured, repeatable results. Also, the ideal applicant appreciates and welcomes constructive criticism and accountability when it comes to meeting the company goals and KPIs.

As a salesperson, your main job is to find properties for us to acquire. You'll have to call and message real estate agents, learn about available properties, and make sure the deals go smoothly. We'll teach you how to do this job, and you need to follow our way of doing things. You will receive training on how to conduct sales and are required to follow our procedures. Creating your own processes and freelancing are not allowed.

This job needs you to be confident, think for yourself, and act fast. You should be able to adapt to changes and come up with good ideas. You'll work with a focus on getting things done and solving problems, and you'll need to handle pressure and difficult situations with confidence. It's a busy job with lots of different tasks, so you need to be able to switch between them quickly without forgetting what's most important.
