Full Job Description

We are a caregiving agency that is looking for a scheduler that can schedule shifts. This is a position for someone that has experience scheduling appointments on a daily basis, and that has CRM experience! This position requires quick learning, and to think outside of the box.

Hours for this position are 7am-4pm PST

It is a stable longterm job.

** MUST be expert in speaking and writing English**

Job Responsibilities

-Learn current software that we use for scheduling.

-Talk to staff and schedule them on a weekly and bi-weekly basis .

-Speak with clients and inform them of changes being made to their schedules as needed.

-Think outside of the box and know when to move staff accordingly.

Job Requirements

Have access to stable Wifi connection, computer, and phone.
