Sales Development Representative

We are a group of start-ups specializing in cutting-edge business solutions. Our portfolio includes a premier business animation service that transforms marketing strategies with compelling visuals and an innovative software solution designed to help small businesses amplify their online presence with positive reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp. We're on the hunt for a tenacious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and help drive our growth. The other company, DriveSavers, provides data recovery services to clients around the world who have experienced data loss.

The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is skilled in the art of cold calling. You'll be the first point of contact, playing a critical role in expanding our clientele by engaging with marketing agencies to introduce them to our bespoke animation services and reaching out to small businesses to demonstrate the value of our review management software.


Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by cold calling potential clients, with a focus on marketing agencies and small businesses.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our animation services and review management software, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Schedule discovery meetings or demos for qualified leads with the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and calls made.
  • Document all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine calling strategies and messaging based on market feedback.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR, Telemarketer, or a similar role in B2B sales, preferably with experience in selling to marketing agencies or software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A keen interest in developing new sales strategies and a passion for sales.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
