Job Responsibilities

• Job Postings: Create, update, and manage job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Screening Candidates: Conduct daily screenings of incoming applications and resumes to identify potential fits for open positions.
• Monitoring Job Postings: Regularly monitor job postings for visibility and effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve applicant flow.
• Schedule interviews with team members and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Communication with Candidates:
• Perform initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with various job boards and recruiting platforms.
