Full Job Description

We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care and coordination of our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary focus will be on overseeing patient appointments, coordinating treatments, and providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic setting.


Job Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and procedures, including reminders for vaccinations and routine check-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on their pets' care.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform general office duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.


Job Requirements

  • US Veterinary Customer service is PREFERRED
  • Willing to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Tuesday 8am - 6am Pacific Time
  • eVetPractice EHR experience is a HUGE plus!
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Professionalism
  • Highly Trainable
