We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in handling various administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that the team’s daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of real estate processes.
Following tasks assigned through Asana.
Organize and maintain digital files and documents in Dropbox
Assist with lead management, including data entry and updating CRM
Help with property marketing efforts, including social media posts and email campaigns
Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and software (MLS, CRM tools, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Operation in Dropbox, Asana, Microsoft Office, and other office tools
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new software and tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
This is a remote position. Candidate must have reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
Flexible hours within Mountain Standard Time with occasional availability for meetings
