Job Title: Webflow Developer - Latam

Location: Remote (CST Timezone)

Work Schedule: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST (Flexible Hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented mid-level Webflow designer/developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in web design and development, specifically with creating and managing websites using Webflow. You will be responsible for understanding client specifications, making website changes per client requests, and implementing design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their website needs and make changes according to their requests.
• Implement design changes and updates to websites using Webflow.
• Ensure websites are visually appealing and follow the latest design trends and best practices.
• Create and optimize visual assets for use on the website.
• Maintain and update the website, including regular testing and troubleshooting of issues.
• Optimize websites for SEO and performance.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Stay updated on the latest development trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience with Webflow, including a strong portfolio of websites you have designed and developed.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
